I welcome you on my explorations

Do you struggle to find  comfort with your body?  
Your Spirit?  
You sacredness? 

I answered yes to these questions and so many more, once upon a time, many decades ago. My life travels took me on crazy pathways to find some clarity, acceptance, love and joy in being me.
Just me. 

This is my path. My inner beauty revolution. 
There is a space. I will meet you there.

I am here to celebrate age and change, and our remarkable, precious and sacred  journey through time. Born in 1962, at the end of the Boom Generation, and at the birth of Gen X, I came here as an advocate of change. A bridge between time, the wind in between. 

Always feeling that I did not quite fit in, I moved to a different drummer.  I have had a rich tumbled life existence. Some good, some great, some tragic and sad. All birthing my essence, my soul journey, which when I found the courage and compassion to fuse my mind and spiritual essence with my body, my sacred temple of existence, my life path rose to meet me. 

My body, my consort, is my chosen partner for this lifetime. We came in as one and will leave as one. For years I resisted. I fought. I hated and sometimes liked, but rarely if ever loved my body.  I never knew, learned or was even taught that we were one. I came from a culture society that fostered depression, alienation and disassociation between spirit soul and body. The body was the enemy. The carnal aspect of human existence. 

My life path has brought to me opportunities to grow away from these accepted cultural norms. The over culture of accepted status quo.
